Who we are

Steady COD Form is made by Soliman Apps, a trading name of Abdelrahman Gomaa Mohamed, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia ("we"). Contact: support@soliman-apps.com.

For the personal data of a store's customers, the merchant who installs the app is the data controller and we process the data on the merchant's behalf.

Data we process

We do not collect customer email addresses, payment card data or browsing history. The storefront script does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools. We do not sell or share data for advertising.

How we protect it

Form submissions are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. Data in transit uses TLS.
Phone numbers used for limits and blocklists are stored as a keyed hash. The blocklist shows only the last 4 digits.
Backups of the database are encrypted by the database provider.
Test and production data are kept separate. Access to production systems is limited to the developer.

Where it is stored

The app server runs on Fly.io and the database runs on Neon (Amazon Web Services), both in Frankfurt, Germany. These providers process data only to host the service.

Retention and deletion

Form submissions are deleted automatically 90 days after they are received. The order itself stays in the merchant's Shopify store.
When Shopify sends a customer data deletion request, we delete that customer's stored submissions for the store.
48 hours after a merchant uninstalls the app, Shopify sends a store deletion request and we delete all data for that store.

Your rights

Customers who want to access or delete their data should contact the store where they ordered. The store can request this through Shopify and we act on it. Merchants can contact us at support@soliman-apps.com with any privacy question.

Changes

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.

يقدّم تطبيق Steady COD Form "Soliman Apps"، وهو اسم تجاري لعبدالرحمن جمعة محمد، جدة، المملكة العربية السعودية. للتواصل: support@soliman-apps.com. التاجر الذي يثبّت التطبيق هو المسؤول عن بيانات عملائه، ونحن نعالجها نيابةً عنه.

البيانات التي نعالجها

اسم العميل، ورقم الجوال، والمدينة، والعنوان، والملاحظات الاختيارية، والكمية، والمنتج المختار: لإنشاء طلب الدفع عند الاستلام في متجر التاجر.
نطاق المتجر، ودولته، وبريده، وعملته، ورمز الوصول الخاص بالتطبيق: لتشغيل التطبيق وإرسال التنبيهات.
إعدادات التطبيق والأرقام المحظورة: لعرض النموذج وتطبيق قواعد التاجر.

لا نجمع البريد الإلكتروني للعملاء، ولا بيانات البطاقات، ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو أدوات التتبع أو الإعلانات، ولا نبيع البيانات.

الحماية والتخزين

تُشفَّر الطلبات المحفوظة بمعيار AES-256-GCM، وتُنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر. يعمل الخادم على Fly.io وقاعدة البيانات على Neon في فرانكفورت بألمانيا.

مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

تُحذف بيانات النموذج تلقائيًا بعد 90 يومًا، ويبقى الطلب نفسه في متجر التاجر.
نحذف بيانات العميل عند وصول طلب حذف من Shopify.
نحذف جميع بيانات المتجر بعد 48 ساعة من حذف التطبيق.

حقوقك

يمكن للعميل طلب الاطلاع على بياناته أو حذفها عبر المتجر الذي طلب منه، ويمكن للتاجر التواصل معنا عبر support@soliman-apps.com.
