Steady COD Form
A cash on delivery order form for Shopify that saves every order before it is created and sends the customer to your normal checkout if anything goes wrong. العربية
What it does
- Adds a "Buy with cash on delivery" button under the add to cart button on product pages.
- Opens a short form: name, phone, city, address, optional notes and quantity, with the total including shipping.
- Creates the order in your Shopify admin with payment pending, tagged
COD.
- Saves each submission first. If Shopify is busy, the app keeps retrying for up to 24 hours.
- If our server does not answer within 5 seconds, the customer goes to your normal checkout with the same product, so the sale still happens.
- Shows the form in Arabic, right to left, when your store language is Arabic, and in English otherwise.
Set up in 3 steps
- Turn on the app embed. In the app's Home page, click Open theme editor. Turn on Steady COD Form under App embeds and click Save.
- Turn on cash on delivery in Shopify. Go to Settings, Payments, and add the Cash on Delivery (COD) manual payment method. This is used only when a customer is sent to your normal checkout.
- Set your shipping fee and text. In the app's Settings page, set the COD shipping fee, optional fees by city, free shipping, and the form text in English and Arabic.

Plans
- Free: up to 50 COD orders each calendar month, all features.
- Unlimited: unlimited COD orders and priority email support, 7-day free trial.
The price is never tied to your total store orders or revenue. When a Free store reaches 50 COD orders in a month, the COD button is hidden until the next month and customers use your normal checkout. Sales are never blocked. Billing is handled by Shopify and stops when you uninstall the app.
Questions
Which product option is ordered?
The one the customer selected on the product page at the moment they open the form. The price always comes from Shopify, never from the browser.
What if an order fails?
It appears under Orders that need attention on the app's Home page with the reason. Click Retry now after fixing the cause, or Dismiss if you handled it yourself. The app checks first, so a retry never creates a second order.
Does the app change my theme files?
No. It uses a Shopify theme app embed. Turning it off or uninstalling the app removes the button with nothing left in your theme.

Steady COD Form
نموذج طلب بالدفع عند الاستلام لمتاجر Shopify، يحفظ كل طلب قبل إنشائه، وينقل العميل إلى صفحة الدفع المعتادة إذا حدث أي خلل.
ماذا يفعل التطبيق
- يضيف زر "اشترِ والدفع عند الاستلام" أسفل زر الإضافة إلى السلة في صفحة المنتج.
- يفتح نموذجًا قصيرًا: الاسم، والجوال، والمدينة، والعنوان، وملاحظات اختيارية، والكمية، مع الإجمالي شاملًا الشحن.
- ينشئ الطلب في لوحة Shopify بحالة دفع معلّقة، مع وسم
COD.
- يحفظ كل طلب أولًا، وإذا كانت Shopify مشغولة يعيد المحاولة تلقائيًا حتى 24 ساعة.
- إذا لم يرد الخادم خلال 5 ثوانٍ ينتقل العميل إلى صفحة الدفع المعتادة بالمنتج نفسه، فلا تضيع البيعة.
- يظهر النموذج بالعربية ومن اليمين إلى اليسار عندما تكون لغة المتجر العربية.
الإعداد في 3 خطوات
- فعّل إضافة التطبيق في القالب. من الصفحة الرئيسية للتطبيق اضغط "Open theme editor"، ثم فعّل Steady COD Form في App embeds واضغط حفظ.
- فعّل الدفع عند الاستلام في Shopify. من الإعدادات ثم المدفوعات، أضف طريقة الدفع اليدوية "الدفع عند الاستلام". تُستخدم فقط عند تحويل العميل إلى صفحة الدفع المعتادة.
- اضبط رسوم الشحن والنصوص. من صفحة الإعدادات في التطبيق حدد رسوم الشحن، ورسوم كل مدينة إن أردت، والشحن المجاني، ونصوص النموذج بالعربية والإنجليزية.
الباقات
- المجانية: حتى 50 طلب دفع عند الاستلام في الشهر، مع جميع المزايا.
- غير المحدودة: طلبات بلا حد ودعم بالبريد بأولوية، مع تجربة مجانية لمدة 7 أيام.
السعر لا يرتبط أبدًا بإجمالي طلبات متجرك أو مبيعاته. عند بلوغ الحد الشهري في الباقة المجانية يختفي الزر حتى بداية الشهر التالي، ويستخدم العملاء صفحة الدفع المعتادة، فلا تتوقف المبيعات. تتولى Shopify الفوترة، وتتوقف عند حذف التطبيق.
أسئلة شائعة
ما الذي يحدث إذا فشل طلب؟
يظهر في قسم "Orders that need attention" في الصفحة الرئيسية للتطبيق مع السبب. اضغط "Retry now" بعد معالجة السبب، أو "Dismiss" إذا عالجته بنفسك. يتحقق التطبيق أولًا، فلا تُنشئ إعادة المحاولة طلبًا مكررًا.
هل يعدّل التطبيق ملفات القالب؟
لا. يعمل من خلال إضافة تطبيق رسمية في القالب، وإيقافها أو حذف التطبيق يزيل الزر دون أن يترك أي أثر.
