Portal Clarity for Jira Service Management Cloud. Last updated: 1 November 2026.
Portal Clarity is made by Soliman Apps, a trading name of Abdelrahman Gomaa Mohamed, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia ("we"). Contact: support@soliman-apps.com.
Portal Clarity is built on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure. It does not use any outside servers, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not send data outside Atlassian. We, as the developer, have no access to your Jira data.
To show the portal panel, the app reads from your Jira site, at the moment a page is opened:
This data is shown to the viewer and is not stored by the app.
The app stores the following in Forge storage, inside Atlassian's platform and tied to your site:
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Settings for each request type (which options are on, field and link type lists, labels) | To know what to show |
| "Affects me too" votes: the issue ID, the Atlassian account ID of the person who voted, and the time of the vote | To count votes and show agents who voted |
The app does not store names, email addresses, request content or field values.
The app asks only for the permissions it needs to read requests, users and fields, and to use its own storage. Each permission is explained on the Marketplace listing.
Stored data stays until you uninstall the app. When the app is uninstalled, Atlassian deletes its Forge storage for your site according to Atlassian's data retention rules for Forge apps. To remove a single vote, the customer can select "Remove my vote".
Because the app uses only Forge storage, its data is hosted by Atlassian and follows the data residency of your Atlassian site where Forge supports it.
You can ask us questions about this policy, or ask for help removing stored data, by writing to support@soliman-apps.com. Personal data in your Jira site itself is controlled by your organization and by Atlassian's own privacy policy.
If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
